Junior Affiliate Manager

About the Role We are looking for a motivated Junior Affiliate Manager to join our iGaming affiliate team and work with partners across Africa, Asia, and CIS markets. This role is a great opportunity for someone with initial affiliate experience who wants to grow within iGaming, develop a strong partner network, and gain hands-on experience with international markets. Responsibilities Search for and attract new affiliate partners across Africa, Asia, and CIS. Build and maintain relationships with existing partners. Support partner onboarding and help with day-to-day communication. Negotiate basic cooperation terms under CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and Fixed models. Monitor partner performance and traffic quality. Track key results such as FTDs, deposits, conversions, and NGR. Prepare regular reports on partner activity and performance. Work closely with the Affiliate Team Lead and other Affiliate Managers. Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Content, and Design teams when needed. Research new traffic sources, partners, and market opportunities. Requirements 6+ months of experience in Affiliate Marketing within iGaming / Gambling. Practical experience with at least one of the following regions: Africa, Asia, or CIS. Basic understanding of affiliate models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, Fixed. Understanding of key affiliate metrics such as FTD, CR, deposits, NGR, and ROI. Experience communicating and negotiating with affiliate partners. Ability and willingness to actively search for new partners. English at Intermediate level or higher for international markets. Good communication and organizational skills. Result-oriented mindset and willingness to learn and grow. Nice to Have Existing affiliate contacts or partner network. Experience with affiliate platforms and tracking systems. Experience with BetB2B or similar iGaming platforms. Basic understanding of traffic quality and affiliate fraud. Experience working with multiple GEOs. Key Objectives Build a pipeline of new potential affiliate partners. Successfully onboard and activate new partners. Develop long-term relationships with active affiliates. Generate quality traffic and contribute to FTD, deposit, and revenue targets. Gradually build expertise and a strong affiliate network within assigned GEOs.
